Max Hoffman was a general that was known for serving in the Eastern Front.
Hoffman was born in Hamburg in 1869 and died in the year 1927. In 1899 he joined the Russian part of the army and served as the military observer for the Japanese in the years 1904 to 1905. Hoffman became the general staff in the under Prince Loepold of Bavaria in 1916. Hoffman was known for his daring, originality, and shrewdness.
